5. CANDLE & FIRE SAFETY
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, flammable materials, drafts, and other heat-sensitive objects.
Always use candles according to the instructions provided with the product. Magic Of Woodoo is not responsible for damage, injury, fire, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
6. ORDERS
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Magic Of Woodoo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information, inventory issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may compromise the security or integrity of our business.
If an order is canceled by us after payment has been received, the customer will be notified and the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION
For the protection of our customers and business, certain orders may be subject to additional verification.
We may request additional information to verify an order, including billing information, identification, or other information reasonably necessary to confirm that a transaction is authorized.
Failure or refusal to provide requested verification information may result in an order being canceled.

8. SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing times are stated on our website, product pages, banners, announcements, or checkout information and may vary depending on the launch, collection, order volume, holidays, inventory, or other circumstances.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Tracking information may take time to update after an order is accepted by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Magic Of Woodoo is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, returned packages, or other issues caused by an incorrect address or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, Magic Of Woodoo is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken from the delivery location.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery disputes and may be required to file a claim with the carrier.
10. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing, production, preparation, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
11. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because many of our products are personal-care, spiritual, botanical, and/or hygiene-related products, certain products may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Please review our Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise requires attention, customers must contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy and provide the requested documentation, which may include photographs or other evidence.
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate under our applicable policy.
12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact Magic Of Woodoo directly regarding order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may be investigated and contested with the payment processor using applicable order, transaction, shipping, and communication records.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s rights under applicable law.
