Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within the eligibility period. 

• Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. 

• Timeframe: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your returned item. 

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
